MyRvLink Services Use Policy

The Seller understands and agrees that MyRvLink.com is an online referral website that enables buyers and sellers of recreational and specialty vehicles to interact with one another MyRvLink.com may edit, temporarily remove, or permanently terminate any item, page, or section of MyRvLink.com at any time including any Seller Listing.

MyRvLink expects all users of the MyRvLink.com website to act ethically at all times.  MyRvLink cannot however guarantee any seller of the validity of any payment the seller receives from a buyer. Be cautious of all inquiries and opportunities to sell your RV.

All terms of sale (including price and any applicable taxes and/or fees) are to be handled by, and are dependent upon, direct discussion and arrangement between the buyer and seller, whether conducted face-to-face, via phone, internet electronic communications, or third party escrow service.

All sellers offering an item or items for sale via MyRvLink.com must be legally able and willing to sell each item at the price and the terms given within the online listing. This includes the transfer of title or ownership. The seller accepts all responsibility for the information included within each listing. Any and all personal information provided by the seller to MyRvLink.com must be accurate and provide the ability to directly correspond with the seller. It is the seller's responsibility to maintain accurate contact information for their listing for the entire time his/her listing is active on the website. This can be completed by logging into the sellers online MyRvLink account or calling our Sales Department at 888-771-6978.

In addition, sellers may not require money from prospective buyers for any information pertaining to the item for sale, nor use MyRvLink.com as a means of promoting or advertising, without our prior written consent.  MyRvLink reserves the right to deny the use of this website to anyone who does not comply with these rules or if MyRvLink.com deems inaccurate use of the website.

MyRvLink.com may occasionally receive information related to the communication between buyers and sellers via complaints or inquiries submitted to MyRvLink.com. This may include copies of electronic communications between buyers and sellers. Likewise, we may release such information when deemed needed or applicable in an attempt to comply with the law, to administer our site terms and conditions, or to protect our site's visitors' rights, safety, or property.

Each person is solely responsible for information/content included in any electronic messages transmitted by him/her through MyRvLink.com or to any e-mail address obtained from the website. Should any information included within a listing, or included within a subsequent e-mail message between a prospective buyer and seller, be suspected as an attempt to conduct a fraudulent transaction, or include any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable that would constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party, attempt to mislead or defraud, or that would otherwise give rise to liability or violates any law, MyRvLink.com reserves the right to remove, suspend, and or block the offending content and the person committing the offense from our website and any listing fee shall be forfeited.
